Let's settle this once and for all - Mr Tayto a potato, not a giant crisp

IT’S THE AGE old question. Is Mr Tayto, the beloved mascot of Tayto crisps, a potato or a crisp, or a crisp-coloured potato?

It’s a question you probably haven’t really thought about, but yes, we’re here to highlight the issues that matter. It’s our job.

It’s an ongoing debate, with some claiming he’s too yellow to be a spud, and others speculating that his first name might be Pat.
